I am fond of cooking everyday dinners, cakes and breads, as well as making special meals for friends and for parties. I have collected some of my own favourite recipes in these pages (and will probably continue to add recipes more or less continuously). I am also in the process of collecting favourite recipes from my mother - especially those related to Christmas.
